We offer a wide range of medical treatments for soft tissue therapy and postural, corrective exercises. Treatment options include: Cupping, Scraping, Electrical Stimulation, Ultrasound Therapy, moist heat packs, and Cryotherapy with compression utilizing the Game Ready System.

Utilizing the most advanced concepts of periodization, neuroscience and exercise selection, we have a system that is designed to decrease your risk of injury and maximize your athletic performance.

Trainer Mike is an avid Hammer thrower, student of international level throws coaches and coaches throwers himself. If you are looking for technical training in Hammer, Shot Put, Discus or Javelin, contact us.

If you can't see Fleming Athletics in person, try online coaching through the Everfit App. We are able to meet with you via phone, zoom, or in person to discuss and optimize the best program for you to get your workout routine started any place that is convenient for you.
