I had the privilege of working with Trainer Mike starting my freshman year of high school, and from the very beginning he changed the way I understood training. He taught me that being an athlete wasn't just about being the fastest, the strongest, or the one with the most muscle. It was about learning how to care for my body, strengthen my foundation, and build habits that would keep me healthy for years. Because of him, I truly felt myself growing not just as an athlete, but as a person who understood and respected my own body. Over the years, I noticed I was getting injured less, and when something did happen, Trainer Mike was always there for me through a text, a phone call, or an in-person session. I loved working with the 1080 machine and being able to track real numbers, set goals, and hit personal bests. He held me accountable in a way that felt supportive, never judgmental. He pushed me to be better, but never compared me to anyone else. Every session, he gave me his full attention and made sure I never felt rushed or overlooked. Even after I left for college and suffered a hamstring injury, he was the first person I called. As soon as I came home for break, he made time for me, got me in the gym, and had me back on track quickly. Trainer Mike has always taken a genuine interest in me. Not just in my performance, but in who I am. He makes me feel important, valued, and cared for, and that's something I'll never forget!

I have been going to Fleming Athletics for the last 5 years. During this time, I have learned a lot physically and mentally. I have learned how my body works and how to fix it when things are wrong. We have had many talks about life that have helped me be who I am today on and off the field. Mike has helped me get stronger, more explosive, and stay healthy so that I am able to perform at the collegiate level. I would not be feeling as confident in my athletic abilities and lifts if it were not for Mikes' programs over the last 5 years.

I highly recommend Fleming Athletics. Mike Fleming guided me to a healthier way to maintain and grow my gym activities at age 51, and I am truly grateful. After experiencing the Reflexive Performance Reset service, I felt centered, light on my feet, and balanced.

With the new news on the Canes (baseball tryout) I am very happy. But there is no question that without you I wouldn't have performed as well as I did. So, I wanted to write a quick thank you note to you. Thank you for preparing me for my tryouts and allowing me to be at my peak.

At 13 years old our daughter began to experience severe knee pain during her first middle school volleyball season. We started with a local sports doctor who thought she tore her ACL. The MRI showed no tear so she was diagnosed with patella femoral syndrome. After wearing multiple braces and a few more doctor visits, she still had no relief so we saw another sports doctor for a second opinion. He agreed that it was patella femoral syndrome but suggested that she needed strengthening exercises. Following 8 weeks of the recommended therapy, she was no better and was in fact worse. When we returned to the doctor he told our daughter (now 14) that she would have to decide how much she loves the sport of volleyball because her condition was very painful and most people give up the sport as a result. After she cried many tears in the car that day, we reached out to Mike and he agreed to work with her. He explained that she needed strengthening but not just in the muscles around her knee. He explained how her hips are involved and why teaching her to jump and land correctly is also important. He started her on a treatment plan that took patience and hard work, but we started to see results. Along the way he helped her to envision the process as well as the end result. He subjected her to restrictions and only pushed when he knew it was ok to push, and he kept in touch with us along the way to discuss progress and ongoing expectations. We are happy to say that she is now playing volleyball PAIN-FREE and after this middle school and club season, she will start her freshman season in the fall - and we have no doubt she will be healthy! The work is not done as she still participates in strengthening exercises and some therapy to avoid a re-occurrence. We have also been counseled on nutrition and what is important to our daughter's continued growth as an athlete. Mike is consistently learning and bettering himself to take great care of his athletes - and we can't thank him enough!

For my work I travel nationally and internationally. One day I started experiencing intense pain in my back. I could barely bend over and sitting for longer than 5 min was difficult. I had an international trip coming up soon and I didn't know how I was going to handle the travel. Fleming Athletics showed up at just the right time in my life. Mike was able to identify the problem within minutes of talking and observing me. He not only loosened up my back but he taught me how to do the exercises myself to continue to strengthen my body. He took his time explaining the exercises and making sure that I was able to do them on my own. I left the session being able to bend over, twist and sit down which I was previously unable to do. In the following days Mike followed up with me to make sure I was still doing well and sent me follow up videos for the exercises. I still perform the exercises and I am able to do them from anywhere in the world.
